  • Bent Couch Counselling is designed specifically for gay and queer men, with a focus on connection, identity, and real life experiences that are often overlooked in general counselling spaces.

You do not need to explain or justify your experiences here.

The work is steady, relational, and focused on helping you understand yourself more clearly, rather than rushing toward quick fixes.

In addition to individual sessions, Bent Couch offers group conversations and resources that support connection beyond the therapy room.

The approach is informed by evidence based therapeutic frameworks, adapted to suit you rather than applied in a rigid way.
